Can a non blood cousin be a cousin that don't sleep with ya? My first cousin wanted to sleep with me when he was 15 and I was 16 or 14 and 15. Either way I am a year older but wasn't as sexually intelligent as he was at the time of the french kiss. He had a lot more leniency than I did when it came to being with others at our age all alone.
